I'm smiling because as of yesterday, I am no longer considered Obese!!!! My BMI moved from Obese to higher range of Overweight. I have not seen that in years so it is very exciting for me! Even though that was yesterday, I still can't stop smiling! It was a HUGE victory for me!!

I had a mini-challenge for the week to walk 10 miles on top of my 30 day shred. I only made it to 3.5 (whoops!). I still got plenty of workouts in and I still had a great loss for the week, so I'm not sweating it too bad. I will just set the same challenge for next week and try harder!! :)
