I'm also told one of the reasons we track calories is to take ownership of our journey. Raising awareness of what we are eating and provide us with enough info to make choices. Helping her with the prep is a wonderful idea. If you can't then a best estimate and portion control is good enough. Your scale and measurements…

Wonderful advice. I didn't consider vitamin C as part of my recovery. I bought yogurt yesterday so I'll give it try to increase my calorie intake...just enjoy the scale messages too much. But...need to get back on track. Thanks again.

Well done...and great reward for your success. Too often we use food as a reward but end up punishing ourselves again. Clothes shopping is a just reward...congrats!
