You look absolutely amazing! Congratulations!

Completed Day 1 of my 1st ever Shaun T workout. I did about half and half on the modifications. However, my HRM only logged like 180 calories burned. I was sweating up a storm so 'm not sure that's correct. I think I'm going to upgrade to a Polar HRM.

Day 1 done. This is my 1st time with Shaun T. I just completed a round of Turbo Fire. So far, I like it. Also went to a stationary rowing class today.

Thanks for posting this. I heard about this book on the weight watchers site and had been wondering about it. Received a few revipes from her newsletter but have yet to try them.

Actually, according to my doctor, psyllium husk fiber is better than Metamucil. I'd taken that every morning years ago before I'd ever heard of Advocare products. So when I read the ingredient list on the cleanse, I felt it would do just as well. The cost of the cleanse was about the same as a jar of the psyllium husk and…

I've done the cleanse, spark, and catalyst. When I did the cleanse, I was at my highest weight. Like the previous person mentioned, I didn't experience the energy boost described by others. My sister and my mom, on the other hand, loved it from the beginning. I tried Spark again while I was in the gym about 2 weeks ago…

Awesome Job! Keep up the good work.

Have you tried drinking a protein shake right before working out? I was having problems with my energy level during the longer workouts as well and read to try that. It seems to help with those last 10-15 minutes. That and making sure you're consuming enough calories during the day. I also find that for me, those last…

I'm with you on this. I tried to work out at 6AM yesterday morning and just could not get into it. 6PM workouts for me.

3rd for Turbo Fire. I completed the 30 day Shred prior to starting Turbo Fire. Jillian Michaels is a more in-your-face trainer where as Chalene is happy, positive energy.

Yes it has a chest strap, but no it does not ask any of the questions. Maybe I should invest in a better HRM. Thanks for the input! [/quote] My burns with the HIITs are lower because the high HR isn't being maintained as long as with the cardio (plus they're shorter workouts), but you will get more accurate estimations…

Wow! You look great!

I workout before dinner. I go ahead and cook when I get home from work. I then do my workout, shower, and eat. It seems like it would be too difficult to work out after dinner.

I am so happy for you! I think I look forward to your results pics almost as much as you do, lol. My lower stomach is a problem for me as well. Hope I have the same fantasitc results you are having.

Hi! I came here to check in to see how everyone is doing as well. So far, I am loving it! So is my 12 year old daughter which makes me feel good. I am still on the "new to class" level but I think I am going to go ahead and do the regular level next time. According to my HRM, I burned about 100 fewer calories this morning…

Just finished day one today. Modified version

Congratulations!

I agree with this. I officialy start tonight but tried it out for the 1st time on Saturday morning. Needless to say I often felt like a bumbling idiot trying to keep up with the moves. And this was in the "new to class" routine! I did wear my HRM and was shocked at the number of calories burned just while trying to learn…

I finished level 2 this morning as well. I was becoming discouraged because of a 2 pound weight gain but ran across the article you posted a few days ago about weight gain during a new workout program. Thanks for the info! It's helping me to push through.

I'm debating on doing either RI30 or the Supreme 90 Day Workout. Leaning more towards RI30 becuase the support from the 30 Day Shred Group really made a difference in my committment to finish once I started getting bored.

I had a problem on Saturday with left knee pain. Yesterday was a day of rest for me as I start level 2 tonight. The day off was what I needed as the pain is now gone. Good luck everyone.

I once read that it takes 4 weeks to notice the change in yourself, 8 weeks for family to notice and 12 weeks for the rest of the world. It's been my experience that this is true. Also, it may be that they don't feel comfortable bringing it up out of fear of offending you. A few weeks ago, my boyfriend told me that his…

Congratulations! Your hard work has paid off.

I agree with all of the above. Also, try combining coupons with the sale items. By doing this, I've been able to buy items for more than 75% off the regular price. This is especially true for the steam fresh veggies, cereals, oatmeals, and soups. It is hard to find a sale on fresh veggies in my area but I try to look for…
