I'm re-starting tonight. I have too much left to lose. T25 seems to be more appropriate for those who are at or near their weightloss goals and want to tone. Angie_04 did you re-start with week 1?

I either do it at 5AM or at 9pm. It usually ends up at 9 though because at 5AM, I feel like I'm just going through the motions. This month has been hard for me too though now that school is back in. I'm trying to remotivate myself.

I started Focus T25 after TF. However, I have not had nearly the results that I had with Turbo Fire. So after I complete the Beta Phase of T25, I'm going to do another round of Turbo Fire and add weight training.

Ab intervals are done! If you are a day behind then I guess you'll be doing the ab intervals tomortow. Be careful with your hand as that one has a lot of planking positions.

Ohhhhh I miss Turbo Fire! That's why I'm still lurking this board, lol. Just started week 5 of T25. My results have been minimal and nothing like I had with Turbo Fire. I do want to stick with it to see if the Beta Phase brings better results. Definately plan on restarting Turbo Fire in October. Good luck ladies!

Not sure how strict your vegetarian restrictions are but what about cheese or egg. Also nuts (almonds or your favorite kind); seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, or whatever you have available) and yogurt. Just completed cardio. My weight has fluctuated between the same 2 pounds since I started. I was reading on the exercise board last week and this seems to be the general concensus for the Alpha stage. We will see what the Beta stage brings.

Speed 1.0 is done. I'm still a day behind but will catch up by the end of the week. Did a ststionary rowing class today as well.

Almost got cardio completed tonight before the dvd player went on the blitz. Will have to get another one in the morning. I may double back this weekend and do it again. Week 2 is almost in the bag everyone!

Done with Speed1.0. Felt like I did a much better job than last week but had a slightly lower burn according to the HRM. I feel great though.

Ummm yeah...today was HARD! I think I'm going to watch it again before it comes up in rotation again so I can have a better idea of how to modify when I need to instead of trying to catch a glimpse of Tanya as I'm working out.
