I have had the same problem all day. I finally ate some gluten free, seeded crackers(6) and a baby bel cheese wedge that I cut into six pieces it did have some calories to the snack but not many and a large glass of water. then I took a walk around the block. Feel better and now I can make it to dinner.

How many grams in a tablespoon, teaspoon, ect...How do I measure that?? I have about 100 lbs to lose, I know it will be slow, I have been on this journey to lose weight…
