I recently began making my version of Wendy's Berry Almond Chicken Salad since they discontinued it from their menu. Walmart's sells a Bolthouse Raspberry Vingerette Merlot that is close to Wendy's old dressing. Yummy!!!!:drinker:

Yes I do work out 5-6 days a week its just not weight lifting type workout (not into that) I do low impact circuit training and walking.

Are you sure the last part of your equation is correct (minus 4.7 X my Age)???? when I use that I get 581 calories for maintenance and 443 for weight loss :embarassed: I Think the last part of the formula should be added not subtracted. :smooched:

I bought the FT7 a couple of days ago for $95 and I really like it. I like that it shows results for Fat Burning and Fitness so you know the difference. I want to buy the extra thing to synch it to Polar's website in a couple of weeks. :)

I had to stop doing 30DS because of my knee. I got to Level 2 day 2 and was in alot of pain...I took a couple of days off and modified some moves for my knee but I still did the jumping movements....that is what was causing the soreness. I would review it on youtube and do your first few days from youtube before you buy it. And watch your knees!!!

Ice for 15 minutes every 3-4 hours, Ibuprofun, Ben Gay and if you sleep on your side put a pillow between your knees. I am suffering from a bad knee this weekend myself. Hope it gets better for you. :flowerforyou:

Someone correct me if I am wrong but don't carbs make you crave unhealthy foods? I agree add a about 200 to 300 more good calorie items to your eating and this should subside... :flowerforyou:

I try to take a day off also but I find that I get real antsy and feel like I should be doing a workout or walking or something. I get really bored and miss the exercise even if its for a day.
