I am on level 1 day 8. I am noticing more upper body change in level one...was that true for you too? Did the lower body change come more in level 2 for you? Just curious. You are looking great!

The reason I chose the Polar FT7 is because it comes with a chest strap and I can't afford to buy these pieces seperately.

Sadly I am going to be 1.5 mile under the 50 miles. I started the 30 day shred videos on Monday and I have been too sore most days to walk. I'm not expert just a beginner at this but I would say that sweating is a good thing if you are trying to get into shape. I say the sweatier the better. :laugh:

To redo the information that you enter with the current weight every 5 lbs so it recalculates your calories and such.

Ya know...its okay for a guy to cry over losing someone he loves. Just take it slow and sit down alone and have a good long cry every now and then... That'a about all the advice I can give, its tough and boy do these times SUCK. Praying you will find comfort and the strength to eventually move on. :flowerforyou:

I started today too. And it kicked my butt litteraly. I posted a blog about it. I agree...I use cayenne pepper on alot of my food and I am not a person who enjoys spicey food but it's not to bad. I also drink alot of Green Tean and Oolong tea both are good for metabolism (no sugar added). :flowerforyou:
