I agree...just be concerned with yourself. Its too stressful watching everyone else's habits. If the daily posting says "has finished loging their food, ect " then congratulate them or encourage them and move on. Why look at everyone's diary? Or maybe you just have the wrong friends as a previous poster has mentioned.…

Alot of people have told me that it isn't necessary to eat the exercised calories back and I agree with them because I have tried and that day I did I felt extremely full and uncomfortable.

Thanks everyone! You all have been a great help. I'll try youtube first and then the Library. Awesome!!!

Sorry, but I disagree with you. I do pilates (I don't do the "100's" exercise though because physically I can't) but pilates strengthens and lengthens you causing you to be more slender and toned. If this is true please let me know where you found this information.

I am just new to this site but I have heard numerous people tell me that there is alot of controversey about whether to pay attention to net cals eaten or actual calories eaten. The majority that I have talked to pay attention to the actual calories eaten. I have been on Dr. Oz's "Move It and Lose It" website last winter…

I am 5'2" also and weigh about 177. When I signed up for this site the data base say's that for my height and age (51) I should weigh between 125 and 138 pounds. to the one who says she is playing it by ear - I don't know what your age is but I am guessing your benchmark is about the same if not pretty close to mine.…

Hi! I have a Pilates Power Gym that I bought a year ago. Sad to say I used it for 4 months to trim down for a trip to the caribbean. It did work but I got lazy after my trip and gained the 15lbs back that I lost and received more cottage cheese legs than ever before when I stopped using it. I do plan to start using it…
