I have Fibromyalgia. I am depressed and anxious and overeating to soothe myself. I used to play tennis but now that kind of activity can make me feel like I've been hit by a truck. So... I am back on here and definitely needing some support as well.

the larger someone is the more calories they burn just moving their body around. I for instance burn more playing tennis than my boyfriend because i weigh more than him. they give you more calories because you will burn them off ;)

definitely keep track of your progress with a measuring tape. i lose inches and not pounds sometimes. I hope that helps.

Our weight can fluctuate a few pounds either way just in one day... that is why its important to weigh yourself at the same time everyday. Dont stress the dress... Im sure it will be perfect

yeah mine werent MFP friendly either.. so then i was looking for heavy cream subs... that helped alot

It's likely just water weight. If your TOM is coming that is completely normal. Also if you eat foods high in sodium you will retain water

I made regular ice cream, substituted the cream with tofu, you can also use egg whites mixed with banana to sub for cream

they are called zucchini tots and you can find them on skinnytaste.com i made them and they are really good.

hungry girl ... some squash sliced thin, 2 wedges laughing cow swiss cheese, spices, bake til soft. you can put in fridge and reheat the next day. delicious.
