  • Sometimes, yes. But I did find possibly the worst BBQ in Manchester. "Two Purple Pigs" was recommended by the hotel clerk. It was horrible. Dry and tasteless. Waitress was about the same. The fried chicken at a couple of places was delicious.

  • Me thinks your calorie counting is off. :) I haven't found home cooking to be difficult to deal with. There is a recipe calculator on this site and I also use this recipe calculator http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator.asp. Just create a food with the recipe. That and get a digital kitchen scale.
