I am in Valley Park - and part of Ballwin TOPS (taking off pounds Sensibly) - just started both MFP and TOPS and I would love to be friends with my St Louis peeps!

Hi there - I am new to TOPS and MFP as well - I do not have any answers to your questions but would love to find some friends to help encourage !! I am in St Louis myself and I have a lot to loose but Iam sure glad I started and found TOPS and this website ! :smile:

I have just joined mfp and I have gained and lost a # of times and with each pregnancy. My youngest is 3 yrs old and I cannot seem to get in a good routine and I am not used to tracking what I eat but I obviously need to ... I have a lot to loose (currently 250) and I need some friends too for motivation... :) Penny :smile:
