  • This is true, insofar as saying that STICKING WITH 45 minutes of cardiovascular exercise at least 3-4 times a week, supplemented with weight-training, is better than loading this all on one or two days--or, worse yet, doing this for a week or so and then discontinuing due to injury or disinterest.
