Yes it all counts and so does your food. Latest guidelines are that you don't need to drinks pints of water but that your quota comes from food and beverages aswell. The only thing you don't include is booze!

I've seen people say that skin can snap back a bit over time but if it is a huge amount it might not. It depends on what type of excess skin it is.

I'm miles from goal but I think it would be nice to keep up with MFP on a more sporadic basis once you've maintained for a while to keep on top of bad habits creeping in. Otherwise I think a reward for all that hard work should be not having to be so heavily involved in logging and thinking about food and weight loss all…

I think people think that their first week needs to be perfect or they have failed but it's probably most likey to be one of the hardest. I wouldn't worry too much it seems like you're doing ok if it's only a couple of days. Just keep going and you'll get in to your stride.

I didn't gain weight on Citalopram and now that I have started a healthy eating plan I am losing it steadily so no problems for me as yet. Everyone is different.

Your responses in this post are completely on point. It's a shame so many people are incapable of opening their eyes and minds to the very simple points you are making and realise that weight issues are often complex and you're never helping someone by pointing them out. Fat people know they're fat.

Are you doing pro points? I think WW only do a points allowance for extras now and otherwise do a similar thing to slimming world (which I'm doing), based upon free foods which you don't count. It's SUPER EASY to follow. It might be worth getting hold of the proper pro points books somehow and doing it that way.

Current: 243lbs Goal in 15 weeks: 220 lbs Average 1.5 lbs a week Plan: Following Slimming World so not counting calories. I intend to up my exercise to 2 x bike rides per week, plus 1-2 x exercise classes per week. Plus at least 2 long walks per week.
