I use my android phone's Pandora App. Start with a song that you like and see where it goes. The best thing is that you find songs that you had forgotten about or never would have heard anywhere else. For me I started with Twisted Sister.

As a shooting sports instructor I tell everyone that when they find the right gun they will know it. You need to go to a reputable gun shop and try as many models as needed to find the one that feels right for you. When you find it you will know.

I have been at this for about 6 weeks now and lost 13 lbs. The first week I dropped about 3 - 4 lbs, after that it slowed down. For me it's about thinking of all of the evening kids activities that I have used as an excuse not to workout.

Realized today that I can actually bend down and tie shoes. No more looking for a chair to rest foot on just to reach it.

Thank you for this great challenge. Last month was my first time and I didn't quite make my goal. I feel great about September and will set my goal at 60 miles.

Three mornings in a row getting up early enough to start the day with a 1.5 mile walk (and 2 weeks of walking .5 mile at lunch everyday).

This was my first month doing a challenge. I came up a bit short but finally started getting into a regular routine by the end of the month. Next month I will meet my goal and hopefully get my bike back on the road so that I can go even further.
