OR you can buy a scale that measures body fat and water weight so when it comes around to that time of month, you should see body fat lower but water weight increased and you don't freak out :)

I've always heard that too and was like WTF that is NOT the case for me, I have too much tummy AND booty LOL Atleast it's good to know that I am not the only one that feels this way.

Any fruit should take care of your sweet tooth. When you want chocolate, I LOVE Skinny Cow's dreamy clusters <- OMG! Also some ice cream bars are really not that bad if you have left over calories.
