The problem with doing a cleanse is it clears out both good and bad bacteria in the colon leaving the body defenseless. I use a probiotic from yor health. It puts good bacteria in the colon to fight the bad. :)

Yeah, I am an NCAA gamer :). Love it! I have to workout before I go home or else..... yeah, it doesn't happen.
