This used to be me massively. My weigh in day used to be a Thursday then Friday and Saturday I used to go mad then sun to thurs I’d be strict again. I’ve now moved my weigh in day to a Monday so the weekend is no longer the enemy and I’m finding I have a more even eating pattern throughout the entire week. xx

I, similar to most people on this thread, haven’t cut out anything completely. It’s all about everything in moderation. i haven't used protein shake as a snack but i always have them after my workout (either before breakfast or before dinner) so in a way they're snacks anyhow as they stabalise your hunger x

Weeky - every thurs morning. I wouldn't recommed daily weigh ins - i think that would then make you become too obsessed about how much you weigh. I'm deffo up for this. current weight - 182 pounds weight i want in 15 weeks - 154 pounds Average - 1.86 pounds per week Aim - to work out 5-6 times a week, each time for 30mins. Exercise plan - 30 day shred, jogging and gym. My weigh ins will be thursday as i started last thursday - first weigh in tomorrow! wish me luck…
