I've been going through the same thing the past couple of weeks. I have reached my lowest weight since high school, and then I had some family and work things go on and haven't been working out like I have been. It has been sooo difficult to get back in gear!

Did day 4 of Week 1 today..one more day and then it's on to Week 2!!

This is definitely the wrong approach to fix the obesity problem. People need to be taught and how to exercise portion control and how to set limits for themselves. I feel like the reduced calorie giant portion sizes are just going to set people up for an even bigger failure in the end.

Welcome! I also do a lot of my workouts at home and have lost the majority of my weight that way. Log everything you eat and any exercise you do..just be honest with yourself and you will see results :)

I did Level 1 of Ripped in 30 today to change things up..Day 1 of week 4 for me. Going to do six workouts this week~ Great going everyone!!

Down 1.2 pounds this week, and got to the high end of my healthy weight range!!!! 4.4 pounds total lost~

Only getting in four workouts this week because of the wedding this weekend. I did 30DS L3 today. Think I'm going to try for six workouts next week to makeup for this week :)

It really sounds like a crappy place. They should be nothing but supportive and encouraging and they seem to be quite the opposite. I would check out other gyms in your area. I'm sure you could find some place way better than that.

Drink a glass of water..it always helps me with cravings. Jog in place, do jumping jacks, sit-ups or some other indoor exercise..do something to get your mind off the food~

A customer at work yesterday asked me if things were okay with me because I had lost a lot of weight..um yes..things are better than okay..lol

I allow myself 1500 a day. I am 5'7 and started out at 205 and am now 160. My activity level is lightly active. I took a look at your diary and your sodium seems a little high and your water intake is low. I had trouble drinking water in the beginning too.

Haha! I know how you feel..I feel like a complete crazy person while I'm doing it. I do enjoy the calorie burn from it though and it is kinda fun to me :)
