My WW friends and I have been voicing these same issues for a few years. So, I completely appreciate your vent. It sounds like you're doing a great job of sticking with the points - so between WW and Myfitnesspal - I say keep up the GREAT WORK!!!

Just my opinion, but you should definitely be "counting" or at least "monitoring" that extra activity. Recomend you wear a pedometer - the fancy ones these days will accurately count your steps, your up and down movements, your calories burned, how far you've walked in mileage and your sleep patterns. If that extra 30 minutes of excersize "buys" me 2-3 glasses of wine, it's totally worth it. And I have been steadily losing - and not going insane at night without my red, red wine. Also, with tracking, I'm more conscious of the amount of wine. I literally pour it into a measuring cup and make sure it's 5.0 oz per glass.
