Although I haven`t had it happen to me I`ve been scared that it might - so I run at night. Really sad though when you think that these people make up our communities. I feel really bad that you had this experience. Don`t let them get in the way of your goals.

You may just have to shake up your routine a bit - maybe try a drop-in fitness class or try something physically demanding that you always wanted to try, just for a change (like an indoor climbing gym session). I find I get demotivated when I get bored of my workout routine and I just need a little break from it…

Day 1 and 2 survived...about to do day 3 - wish me luck!

Survived day 1 and 2, and about to do day 3....I bumped up the weights from 2lbs to 5 lbs yesterday and I think I will use the 2lbs for the side lunges as I was feeling it in my neck and not my shoulders, but keep the 5lbs for eveything else. Hope everyone has a great day 3!!!

Day 1 for me - and my legs are sore. Had to up stairs to get to a classroom tonight - oh, so sore!! Can`t wait for tomorrow though!!!
