I give myself rewards for every 5 lb loss. A big reward on the 10's and a little thing on the 5's. I have a half way reward, since it is sucvh a long journey and a one-derland reward. Just non-food stuff. I also reward my self for every fitness activity I complete in money to save up for at the end to go on a thrift shop…

ISO Flex is good - no sugar or aspertame, 27 g protein, 1 carb, 115 calories. I love the chocolate mint and the chocolate peanut butter. i don't like the vanilla, but haven't tried the plain chocolate. there are also ISO Flex chillers in iced tea and peach and there is a fruit punch flavour too, which are good.

For the motivation aspect, I have printed motivational slogans and pictures from the internet and put them on my bedroom wall, desk , and fridge. Stuff like - "start today - and you'll achieve your goal a day earlier than if you start tomorrow" and so on. I find i can make excuses in my head and argue and talk myself out…

If you do get another pair, try them out in a gym either running around an indoor track or treadmill so they will take them back - some stores don't take shoes back once they've been used outside. :( I had to try many styles before finding the shoe that fit like it was made for my foot and didn't cause shin splints etc.

For condiments Walden Farms and Green Valley Ranch make low carb, sugar free dressings, ketchup and sauces. They aren't the same as the real thing, but you get used to them. They are great for making stir frys.

Do you already have a bad back? If so, consider strengthening your core. If you do decide to run (I run with the same size as you) get a really good compression running bra. I use Moving Comfort bras. ( I have the fiona style) They are awesome, and really keep you in, and from moving too much in that area.
