Oh yeah, forgot my alltime favourite go-to snack of a banana with some peanut butter...it's about 230 calories I think (for 20g of unsweetened peanut butter and a whole banana) and a mix of fat, protein and carbs, and it tastes so good...and I find it to be really filling as well...

Congratulations! In my opinion, the way to weight loss success (as defined by losing and keeping it gone) is to allow yourself to indulge in what you want in small amounts so you never feel badly restricted! Nice work!

I am currently allotted 1760 calories a day without exercise (am set on 1/2 pound a week loss) and I will eat those over about 16 hours of being awake. Since without exercise, I do pretty similar stuff all day, I figure I should eat them more or less evenly throughout the day. Which means about 110 calories an hour...so…

Hey all Weigh-in time, or actually I guess past weigh in time now - how'd everyone go? I'm now sitting on 155 exactly, which is a loss from last Monday of 2.3 pounds. That takes me to actually within 10 pounds of my lowest goal (I have 2 - 149.5 but probably going all the way to 145). Yay!

Hey You sound similar to me, I dropped 7kgs in 3 months and then spent a month sitting on the same weight...What worked for me is instead of only eating 1200, I ate my BMR (1500) plus some of my exercise calories.. I think if your BMR is much more than 1200 then your body gets freaked and goes into starvation mode...and…
