  • I live in NZ and we use kgs here, but I lived in the states until I was 14 so have some understanding of pounds. I actually do it the other way to you - track my weight here in pounds because 1 pound is a more satisfying loss than .45 kgs. But whatever works to keep you happy, I say :)
