realizing I could not really button my work shirts, I had that horrible gap a the boobs and they were tight at my shoulders... now all those are too big for me!

I would eat anything ans everything. I worked midnights in a super center. so breakfast would be something fast food on the way in. Would eat up until lunch, when you have all the candy in the world right there to buy, it was easy. lunch would be whatever frozen meal i was feeling. I was a big fan of pizza rolls and ranch…

there are several site out there that let you plug in what you like and it comes up with a meal plan. start with foodnetwork.com. I often go there to find meal ideas. or if that fails, just do random searches. I have found several health and yummy meal plans for under 400 calories per meal.

I totally had a long reply here and my computer crashed. But I did similar things. do short bursts and just work up to it. I have gone from barely being able to do a mile in 20 minutes to being able to do un in just over 11 minutes and I keep pushing. my goal is a 10 minutes mile then to gradually be able to go for longer.

I work in a supermarket. It is way to easy to give into temptation, I am keeping fruit and sugar free candy in my office so if i get the sweet tooth I can grab that instead.

Hello! I just joined at the recommendation of a friend. I had another calorie/fitness tracker app, but I like the community support offered with this one! Looking forward to losing the 20 more pounds to get to my goal!
