thanks everyone. I will look into those sights. I Have had the ones I am using now since Christmas, been putting lots of millage on them. I imagine they are getting close to time to become lawn mowing shoes.

I ran on the treadmill till i built up enough to feel like running out side. and man was that a change. but then I got the Zombie run app and it was WAY fun. now i use different apps to help better my 5k times.

Stay away from the fat burner pills... lifting weights and cardio are the best fat burners. (and I hate weight lifting, but man the results are great) pills just waste money. but the multivitamin and protein I would do to begin with, but tryt o eat natural protien in foods. the more natural protein you eat the better

during the work out it's just a little on my face and arms. after the work out it's like my skin just explodes sweat. but not until i sit down or stop moving.

coupons.com they have some on there for morning star this week. I love that site.

I find if I don't eat back those calories I either binge eat and go way over or my body tends to stall out on the weight loss since I am not fueling it enough. I may not eat back all the calories, but I eat most of them!

My friend takes prenatal vitamins for her hair and nails. It has done wonders! I take a woman's one a day, they are pretty good too.

the feeling i get all day long after working out opposed to sleeping in is what makes me get up to do it. Days I skip I feel lazy and sluggish at work. 12 hours of sluggish stinks!

I can get on a three or four day roll of eating "clean" but then I have the moments where i could kill for some M&Ms... I'm pretty sure they should be a class (whatever the most addicting level is) narcotic. I found that just eating in moderation over a longer period keeps me from wolfing down everything i come into…

I am 5"1 so 4 mph is a slow jog for me. I can walk it, but its very fast and hurts my knees more then if i just put a little jog in it.

I am the same way. the lady at the department store looked at me funny when I said those pants were for skinny people. she said "like you".... what???

I have found that I don't go but every 4 or 5 days now.... I use to go once to twice a day. I am glad for this thread, cause this has had me worried.... maybe my body is still changing to this new eating.
