I'm in, today I walked 3.19 miles I like to also use a website mapmmywalk.com along with the smart phone app to keep track of how many miles I walk. My goal is to walk 1300 miles this year! I've walked 130 miles so far.

Congrats! You will feel so great when you get to your goal. I did a couch to 5k from Sept to Dec after years of very little exercise. Once I reached my goal of being able to walk 5k I've been walking 5k 5 days a week. In Jan I walked 92 miles, my goal now is to try and walk 100 miles a month.

I do all of your ideas plus lately I've been trying to exercise the calories into my daily plan. If I have a craving for something really really fatting/suger loaded or whatever I make myself work for it. That way I hope to try and teach myself to think about what I'm putting in my mouth and if the donut/candy bar/french…

I keep track of not only how much I eat on a given day but how much I eat in a week. Some days I'm way over my calorie limit and some days I'm way under. As long as I don't go over my weekly calorie limit I find I still lose weight. If I know I'm going out on the weekend I try to cut a few calories for a day or two…
