For weight loss: I bought 2 new pair of pants (smaller than I wore in high school) and they are a little loose. I also went down a size in underwear. For Non-Weight loss: There is a certain super special someone in my life recently that makes me smile 24/7 ;)

As people have said .. you can drink too much water, but 96oz isn't close. I drink 182.5 oz (5.4L / 1.42gal) of *WATER* a day (not counting coffee and such) .. so you're fine. P.S. as a side note, that how I lost so much weight .. running to the bathroom every 10 minutes LOL ;)

PB2 ! I love peanut butter and can have trouble controlling my urge once I open the jar. With PB2, not only do you have to mix it, but it only has 45 calories per 2 tablespoons.

Actually, that's only partly true. There are many models of the Polar HRM that you can change the battery out yourself. I have the FT4 and you can change the battery out in the watch and the actual transmitter with a simple coin or screwdriver.
