  • 12oz Ribeye Beef Liver Butter Lettuce Salad w/ Cidny’s Blue cheese dressing and kelp sprinkles 1oz Pecans (Upper right you can see the corner of the) Baked Seeweed crisps. This is my OMAD to reach my goals.
  • Pork Belly (4oz), Cheddar Stuffed Sausage (x1), Breakfast Links (x6), Eggs (x4) w/ Leeks (x1/2) cooked in butter (2tbs) and topped with Colby Jack cheese (1oz) and avocado (x1/2).
  • Ribeye (12oz), Salad w/ Blue Cheese Dressing (4tbs), Seaweed Crisps, [2 ingredient] Peanut Butter (3tbs), Lily’s Baking Chocolate (3 squares). (I know, the chocolate looks like 4 squares … but they broke odd and it’s really [slightly more than] 3)
  • Corned Beef (cooked in InstaPot), Browned Cabbage (in Bacon Nectar). Not pictured was Deviled Eggs and Homemade Peanut Butter Cups and you can see the corner of my salad w/ Blue Cheese. (The BIG chunk on the right of the platter … was mine!!) (That is actually a HUGE serving platter .. it was a family dinner)
  • I will admit .. even though there is not food logged on *every* one of those days .. I have logged in and been here. I actually met my wife here and we have the same number of days on our streak .. and that was TRULY just happenstance. We met when we both had about 75 days on our streak.

  • Not only have I lost "amount of cheese an average American eats in a year" but also "the complete Oxford English Dictionary". It used to be more, but due to an injury .. my running went on hold, so I "softened up a little" .. but I am back on track :)
  • Try different brands. I eat it just plain with a spoon (and have been since I was a child) .. BUT there are only certain brands I like.

  • Good fats or not, the bottom line is fat is 9 calories a gram .. so it comes down to calories in VS. calories out. Having said that, I agree that the fats are health and not like lard and junk fat .. but they still affect your overall calorie count. Is the 57 number your magic number .. such that if you eat one extra gram…
