I'm 6' tall and the most I weighed (that I know of) was 395 pounds. I am now still 6" tall but weigh about 202 (+/-2 at any given time).

I am 6' tall and the first highest RECORDED weight I have was 395 lbs (pics in profile are less than that however they are BIG). I am sure I was even heavier as I had started losing weight by the time I braved the scale. Lol, I am LITERALLY almost half the man I used to be. LOL

2000 (40% Protein / 35% carbs / 25% fat) on non-exercise days and 2200 on exercise days (yes, 2200 no matter how much I burn exercising).

A couple of reasons I shave my head: 1. It is easier to maintain. No comb, shampoo, conditioner, etc. 2. I was noticing that I was getting what appeared to be "thin" is a couple of areas .. so I decided to accept it and embrace it. I LOVE it. Try to say good night to the sweeite and be in bed by 10:30-11. The alarm goes off at 5am and I snooze 2-3 times but have to be up BY 5:30 to hit the gym.

It's in there .. and there are other pictures on page 4 ;) Short answer ... it was about 80% kitchen / 20% gym. Meaning I had to learn to eat *correctly*. Thanks to everyone who replied. I was deeply touched by how many of you considered me / my story an inspiration! I know the hardest part for me was putting up the "before" (a.k.a. FAT) pictures but after getting such positive feedback and responses .. I know it was the right thing to do! Thanks to all of you!

washed all my jeans and "cotton pants" and dried them in the dryer .. and i'm not even worried that they will be too tight when I go to put them on .. that I will have to wear them for a couple of hours to get the "stretched out". They actually fit BETTER fresh out of the dryer before they get to baggy!!!!

I **TOTALLY** know the feeling! I was on a prop plane in Amsterdam and they actually MOVED me to counter balance the weight of the plane .. really .. I had to move up front and on the opposite side of the luggage (sad but true story). I actually had my own extender because I got tired / was embarrassed to keep asking for…

I actually take that as a compliment. LOL I have traded in my Bid Daddy collection and I now wear 99% UnderArmour .. when they make jeans (from the charged cotton) .. I will be ALL OVER IT. lol

^^ this! I even got my GF an Under Armour sports bra and that is one of her favorites to run in (even better than her champion ones) because of the quality. They aren't the cheapest .. but sometimes you really DO get what you pay for.

110% agree!!! This is the only LOGICAL choice :P You use the weight of the roll to help you tear the paper and not wind up with a pile of TP on the floor in the middle of the night And yes, my GF likes over .. so we are always swapping the roll on each other. lol
