Saddened by your losses of loved ones. Lost my cousin in 2016 - very hard. We were best friends for 59 years, attached at the hip. Jim was an amazing person. I'm back and needing motivation. Trying to think of this as a different way of eating. I'm pre-diabetic, so need to watch the carbs. Thanks.

In the same boat - 59 here ... cut down on carbs and portion control. Walking a lot ... although the ol' plantar fasciitis is rearing it's ugly head. Very painful. Going to orthopedic on Friday to get some relief.

During day (CST). I log in my food throughout the day. 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. IF I eat anything after dinner, I get on again to log on food. Been logging in everything that I eat. I need accountability.
