I think it is the toughest of all 3, but it also give me the best calorie burn. However, I've only done it once because I prefer to run on my cardio days. There are more moves and they are done for shorter periods of time (about 20 seconds).

Cardio 3 is TOUGH!!! I did it once, and that was enough for me. I was training for a 5K and now I'm continuing to train for another 5K this fall. I'm using my runs on those days to count for my cardio burns.

I have 3s, 5s, 8s, 10s, and 25s (I only use 1-25# for Good Mornings). I also have the 2 resistance bands that came with my purchase. I use the heavier duty (more resistance) one. I have had ACL reconstruction surgery on both of my knees, and they hurt during any of the major jumping moves. I modify. If it is jumping squats, I do squats. If it is jumping lunges, I do lunges. If it is double-unders, I do singles. If my heart rate stays up, I don't think it is phoning it in.

This^^^^ Only weigh daily if you can take it with a grain of salt. I do it to see how different levels of sodium affect my weight. Other than that, I only track my weight on Thursdays. That way I can see the overall trend.

You're under your calories. Thats amazing after a "binge." remind yourself of THIS feeling when reaching for comfort foods the next time. If you feel bad, it isn't comforting, is it? You have time to exercise. Regardless of where it is, let your mind drift and relax and enjoy.
