I agree, you look amazing! I am just starting weights at 51, after losing 93 lbs, and my body is slightly smaller than your "before". I really dont know what to expect, I just know I need to challenge my body strength more than I am at this point. But your photos just gave me a great boost of inspiration and encouragement…

^^^ What she said.....wow.

^^^^^^^^^^^all of the above for me too. I know I will have to log the closer I get to goal, but so far just paleo lifestyle and removed wheat. I do track my workouts. I feel so much better and like the above poster, I dont crave the way I did all my life. I love it.

^^^^this. It took me over a year to fight and lose 28 pounds. I have dropped 54 since going GF in June...without tracking. The better I felt , I decided to eliminate as much of any type of processed food as humanly possible. I Hate GF products and avoid them they are loaded with all kinds of stuff just as bad for you. I…

sunglasses....... Your response took the works right out of my mouth. I shot coffee out my nose when I read the advice suggesting electrical tape and that it didnt hurt that much ripping it off. ROFL. I got the nips things going on too and the only place I worry and cover up with a light jacket or cardigan is when I work…

^^^^^^excellent advice^^^^ I'll take smaller boobs and being healthier over a larger body any day! I have lost 50 pounds so far(20 before I started here) and while my band size has gotten smaller in my bra, my cups still runneth over, LOL!

These look fantastic...thank you for sharing your recipe!

That 314 calories is for the entire recipe packed with good nutrition. The "real thing" will be about 314 calories in one pancake and nothing but empty nutrition. Easy choice.

Always trust gut instinct and intuition, But I am curious why you havent called the police? If they were there and came back 30 min later circling the parking lot, I would have been dialing 911 as soon as I was back home...just so the police could check it out. If they keep returning, a simple complaint call asking them to…

I used fat free cottage cheese. I blended it until it was a batter consistency, then measured it...it made a full 2 cups. I broke that into (4)- 1/2 c. servings. One half cup yielded 3 small, but very filling pancakes for 158 calories! The rest is portioned up and ready for quick breakfasts this week. Great recipe!

Congratulations on an AMAZING weight loss and thank you for sharing your goals, thoughts, and fears. It gives me hope!

^^^^^^^^^ you explained what I was trying to say perfectly. It takes a lot of work just to lose one pound. I use to be the same way.... disappointed by small scale movements. Now I realize just how much work it takes to do it, sustain it, and keep it moving downward and have adjusted my attitude and expectations. I am…

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^agree^^^^^^^^^ You would need to amass a calorie deficit of 35,000 to lose 10 pounds, so to do it in 4 days I think that means you need to decrease by 8750 calories a day or burn it off in exercise, doesnt seem logically possible! It has to be a scale discrepancy. Use the one at home you have regular access…

^^^^^^agree^^^^^^. I have also read it isnt so much the fiber as the chickory root(I eat other high fiber things with no problems). Also agree the 90 brownies are really good...without the nasty side effects like the fiber one bars.

Bwahahahaha! That is exactly what they were called in my house. I say "were" because they are BANNED here now...the kids were having a little too much fun eating them and I couldnt take it. LOL.

Hi Girlsknit! After you enter it in your diary, look under your meals on the main add food page(where it will show breakfast lunch and dinner). There is an option that says "quick tools" right beside "add food". Click that and there is a choice in there to save it as a "meal". That is how you do it. Then when you want to…

"It is debateable as to whether that would strictly be considered strength training or conditioning Far less debateable is the fact that getting upset about the classification of it on this website indicates you are not getting the full relaxation benefits of yoga." ^^^ good point, lol.^^^ Yoga does take strength, it is…

I hear ya, I went through all that. It not very long , 2 months, you will start to introduce cereal and that may help some too. I also know I didnt like to give up the snuggle and nursing time either( I also worked full time). I think someone else also suggested walking with the baby and other activities instead of the gym…

Congratulations on all the excitement of starting your family....and welcome to the world of being a mommy and juggling it all! You probably will not like what I have to say, but I am going to share it with you anyway because I was once a new mom struggling with the same issues(including the latching). No matter what the…

You courage and determination are amazing. Congratulations on your weight loss! Keep going...one day at a time, one hour at a time if need be. It IS hard, but you have already proven you have the chops to do it. Thank you for sharing your story!

Thanks for sharing this, I am going to put it in the rotation this week. The cup of brown rice adds another 200 calories but will make a great, filling meal at 465 calories.
