I need to do the same. I don't drink caffeine either. For some reason I just like my beverages to have a little fizz to them. I should switch to sparkling water or something. *Sigh.* Maybe someday.

The same thing happened to me this week! I was eating 1200 calories or less and was the same weight several days in a row (I even GAINED 1.2 pounds the day after I ate 1,070 calories!!).
