So, there are four different types of carb cycling. You can still eat carbs..healthy carbs... Fruits, vegetables, and Whole grains....I am now doing the classic cycle of Chris Powell Carb Cycle.. I'm doing the 30 day shred also!! I love Jillian Michaels--shes a great trainer and I really enjoy her variety of exercises-- So far I completed 2/3 of the way through the 30DS and I've lost about 5 lbs...Let's motivate each other!!!
