No - there is no fat shredding. Live in a calorie deficit. Cardio - as far as fat loss goes - will burn a few more calories than you normally will just being alive - but it's not a sure-fire way to instant fat loss.

Look at yourself and ask if you'd like to be naked with yourself? (shrug). You have to fake it till you feel it. Or don't and just learn to accept your situation.

Oh - and the sexiest, strongest, most-fit, incredible woman I've ever known said I am inspiring HER to get-back-at-it. Wha???? She gives ME routines for the gym and she gives ME advice on nutrition and stuff and junk... was blown away.

First run in sixteen years yesterday; completed 2 miles cross-country with hills...Stopped only for a shoelace. Yes, I had a 90 minute hot tub soak after...but I did it. :D

I use the weight that shows me the MOST calories - as I wish to over-estimate intake and underestimate what i've burned.

Finally have a BMI of NOT 'Obese' - Barely 'not-obese' at 29...but at least it's not 30+ anymore.

Well...I've lost 9.5kg in less than 90 days and I average 1500 calories per day, and gym 3x week. I've gained muscle and lost fat. And I'm healthy as heck. My buddy lost 40lbs in six minutes in Iraq. Should I promote what HE did? What you're suggesting is not a diet it's damage.

Thanks for your input. Nobody can survive on 250 calories a day just walking around; much less adding 4 hours of working out. Something smells here.
