There is nothing so false as 'out of your league'. Okay - there are a few things as false/fake/made-up as someone being 'out of your league' - things like the tooth fairy, man-made global warming, and the lies about '$15/hr minimum wage HELPS people', and "I won't c-in your mouth!" If The King of Queens taught us ANYTHING…

dang, girl. SO Proud of you! GREAT WORK!!

You are just as beautiful as the day you started - but in the 'after' pics you have such a great 'glow' about you. Keep at it - and thanks for inspiring us!

Thank you for the feedback Kenny. Much appreciated! My scale hates me. It's stupid. I lose and gain 4-5lbs every other week it seems. But I'm lifting weights quite a bit, so I really try to avoid putting much stock in the raw numbers. I weigh everything except the protein bars and what-not like that. I over-estimate…

No relationship worth ANYTHING must be 'made' to work. Face forward and focus on yourself - start walking.

you are doing GREAT!! Remember what @holliwood322 wrote. It's a long run, not a short race. You got this.

the word 'inspirational' doesn't cut it. GREAT work. wow.

My boss' boss passed me in the hallway; he's recently returned from vacation. "wow! Hey there Slim!" he said.

Good for you Malkin - just incredible transformation. You're a powerful guy, you know that? To affect this kind of change for yourself? Best of luck for continued success!

So proud of you and happy for you!! Really heart-warming to see people taking control of their bodies/nutrition/fitness.

Can you tell us how this has changed your mental/emotional make-up? Has your outlook on life, love, music, whatever changed through this or because of this journey?

I know this is not about me, @WorkingToBeSkinny - Go work-out at the gym. Be around and in front of and beside other people. You want to feel good about working out around people? The only way to have that feeling is to actually do the thing that bothers you. By doing-so, you will develop a healthy dose of "Not giving an…

Uh - BS. I did NOT recently eat a sexy beast!

Terrific kat!
-
@Kennyyoli - thank you for the post. Incredible achievement for you. I have to ask - did you feel like 200lbs was some sort of hard-limit you may not get past? Were there any mental blocks you had to overcome?

I get down towards M from time to time - I'm in Kaiserslautern, however - I have family around Garmisch though.

Meh. I think I look kinda....Ruff.

WOW! GREAT work!! Is that a REALLY old radio in your 'after' pic? Cool :)

I've never said this to another man, but "Well done, Frothy" :) Good post.

Bear I experienced something like that for sure. But I have never been better. I live in Germany; she lives in Michigan. I still struggle with my petty desire to 'make her PAY!' for hurting me/rejecting me for years on end. But I have never been better. I went through anti-depressants, more weight gain and less…

My mouth would came down on hers. And that would be it. Any self-control gone like water crashing over a broken dam. - with apologies to Cassandra Clare for my editing...but yeah. that's how it'd be. :)

Okay Bear. What are your options now? Lay them out and pick one and hang on tightly. Don't lose yourself. When you start to believe you're unattractive because a spouse says so you will have a literal emotional grave to dig-out-of. At least you will if you're like me. I am still 3' down. But I've progressed 3' :)

Do you believe his unresponsiveness has nothing to do with you? Do you suspect he has is own issues which you cannot heal? That kinda thing?
-
dude - as you walk to the shower have your towel around your waste. Keep your junk behind cover. But always face away from the aisle :)

That is incredible. Thank you for sharing your story. Do you mind telling me your age? I am 43 and I fear - although I know the fear is baseless - I will never be below 200lbs again. I started at 6'1" about 245ish. I've been counting religiously for about five weeks now.
