Dude!! Doing GREAT!

nothing is more important than looks. Outlook, anyway. Outlook on life; outlook on love; outlook on fitness. I am pretty cute sometimes. But my body still causes me convulsions when I see it. I think there's no way a woman would or could ever be actually turned on by seeing it. It's stupid of me, and makes a lover into a…

You must religiously track and count your calories. How long have you been the same weight? Remember weight doesn't mean fat gain or loss. If you aren't losing weight one or more of a few things may be going on... water retention - maybe you've increased sodium intake? Muscle building - are you working out?…
-
In your profile pic you look...look like you smell great? :D
-
:D Thank you for the feedback! I'm ENFP. I live, eat, breathe 'connection' with folks.

we'd formulate a plan to take-over Quebec.
-
but I don't know anything about you. :(

Suggested calories are generalized. Based on 'averages' . Statistically the average almost never happens. Drink LOTS of water. Lower sodium. And skip to once-a-week weigh in. Try measuring your body vs weighing your body. As an example, your yoga might be generating muscle. The extra heft wont show on your scale but the…

Two yesterday. I bought a size-smaller work-out shorts....and...And yes, this is douchey...but I was doing concentration curls and looked up to the mirror...and damn...guys...I have small biceps now. Where it used to be just kinda flat or rounded, I could see actual bulges. I was so stoked I took a stupid gym-pic. I've…

Some of us - ME - cannot go on a diet. We have to fundamentally change who we are and stop eating so-damned-much. That's the brutal fact. But it's only brutal until the change happens. Your body will obey you; it will comply and that compliance may take very real pain and frustration. I am so sorry you are having trouble…

Yes - because I have a big bed and all that room; it's really fine. As my bed is occupied with another human, I keep them on the floor for the night.
-
Dragon - that is a terrific post.
-
Hell yes I would. And after the first few days of getting to know my roomie, neither of us would be able to walk.
-
dude - I feel nauseatingly full after a 150g banana, 50 grams of cashews, and 1/3L of water. Coming from a guy who used to eat LARGE Kebab mit chips and then an hour or two later snack on something. Nowadays I struggle to reach 1500-1600 calories per day, intake. Your body will change.

Dawson. Dude. C'mon now. Anyone who laughs at another's relative fitness level has serious, I mean SERIOUS mental/emotional problems. You are kicking *kitten* and taking charge of your body in a positive way. You got this, brother.
