It is dangerous to eat such high calories and most of those that follow eating 2500 calories plus over shoot and gain rapidly causing edema,pains,discomfort.I tried it and was a great set up for relapse especially if not mentally ready.She uses mini-maudsley approach geared towars adults.

Hungry Girl.co has great recipes.I also use Baja Bobs 0-10 calorie mixers with vodka,coconut rum or fruit wine with diet cranberry juice or a clear diet soda to cut calories.

I use 1/4 c fat free cottage cheese,crushed gg bran crispbread@12 cals per cracker,cinnamon,stevia,mix in diet jelly-any flavor and 5 cal or fat free reddi whip. I also try fat free cottage cheese with 2 cal cheddar popcorn powder,chives and put on my crackers.
