I have found that having chaotic weekends and not following things as I should may not be a huge issue but I often feel guilty and discouraged by Monday morning because things did not work out the way I would have liked. I have 3 kids also... 16, 13, 7.

I have a personal trainer, everything else I do myself because I need the extra exercise anyway. (clean, mow lawn, etc) I also see my beautician once a month, as well as getting my nails done every two weeks. It might be a bit much but it makes me happy.
