  • I cup fat free greek yogurt 1 cup frozen blueberries thawed 2tbs ground flax. 283 calories, 25 carbs,5fat,28 protien. This keeps me full until lunch. You could add some nuts too.

  • I have the best tilapia recipe. Top it with 2 tbs low cal mayo, 2 tbls parmesean cheese and 1tsp worcestershire sauce per filet of fish. You broil itat 450F for 12 min. It ends up being 165 calories per piece. So creamy and the cheese is so good. My 5 year old even loves it. I usually serve it with brown rice or Quinoa.

  • I got my polar HRM for workouts (cardio, weight training and classes). Now I am getting a fitbit to encourage me to keep my activity up during the day. I read it encourages you to increase your activity. That is not a bad thing. Anything is better than what I was doing before deciding to loose weight.
