My coworker (female) and I are those kind of people too. We always thought it was because of making eye contact during conversation (not checking the phone, staring at the floor etc) and actually listening. We hadn't considered the idea of appearing to not be judging but I bet that plays into it as well.

I have used and like Muscletech Platinum Creatine Monoydrate - Micronized; unflavored.

Try different kinds and different milkfat % variations. Some cottage cheese I can't stand and some I eat all the time plain. For my taste buds, brand and curd and milkfat% makes a big difference.

Trust him. His protein cheesecake recipe has been made for months on end in my house so i get to trick myself into having healthy dessert for breakfast.

I concur. I add chocolate protein powder and creatine to the sugar free mix and make it with fairlife ultra filtered milk instead of regular milk and a generous amount of cool whip free lol.

Here is my personal recipe/experience with lower back pain. Yes, losing weight did help with my lower back pain though it likely was more because my core was strengthening while losing the weight. It wasn't likely due to having the actual weight gone. The stronger my abs/core are, the less my back pain is. Planks, planks,…

Try hitting your protein macros consistently for a week and see if that makes a difference. For me, hitting my macros is key to feeling well and really seems to supercharge my weight loss. It took some experimenting to find the macro mix that worked for me. The week or so I looked on your diary, you were missing your…

I enjoy eating cheesecake without falling off the wagon - http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10500016/low-calorie-protein-cheesecake#latest No crust but otherwise very, very tasty.

For me, I also need and like to focus on non-scale related things like belt loops, inch measurements, strength, flexibility, physical activity performance, etc. For me, the scale is but only one item on my fitness scorecard. It doesn't get weighted more than the other items. I can be up two pounds but have gone down a belt…

Things you might consider - - Swapping your Monster for Bang (Lemon Drop, Black Cherry Vanilla and Champagne Cola in particular) - No calorie drink that includes various vitamins, BCAAs, Creatine, etc. Fairly pricey. - Propel zero calorie drinks - No carbonation and may not have enough flavor for you; no caffeine too -…

I weight a lot (think on average more than once a day). As others have said, time of day for comparison is important as is workout and consumption times (bcaas with lots of protein after lifting heavy give a higher weight for example). For me an alcohol bump shows up the 2nd day (like you are describing) but it goes away…

Is it wrong that sometimes I eat my protein cheesecake for breakfast? - Good recipe ideas here - http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10500016/low-calorie-protein-cheesecake#latest

I also try to hit 40% protein, 30/30 on carbs/fat. I also try to hit a minimum of 160g of protein a day +eating back protein for exercise on top of that. This link really helped me - maybe it will you - https://www.bodybuilding.com/content/macro-math-3-keys-to-dialing-in-your-macro-ratios.html Everyone's body and mind will…

For those that want to do some of their own research, you might consider using google scholar - https://scholar.google.com/ Think of it as a search engine for case studies, publications, etc.

Two for me: #1 - Stone Ridge Creamery had a mint moose tracks that was my all time favorite ice cream #2 - Bryers made a fat free chocolate cookies and cream

For me, the peanut butter chip, mint chip and birthday cake flavors of halo top are good for when I haven't made my own and I want to eat half a pint. I like Enlightened Ice Cream better. They are a little higher in calories than halo top but the mint chocolate is really good (a lot more creamy than halo top). The peanut…

We second this. Their tortillas are really, really good and you can even get flavored ones (wheat, sun dried tomato, etc).

I'm going to use it in ice cream. 1.5 cups non-fat fairlife milk, 2 scoops of chocolate gold whey protein (2.5-3 if using iso versions), 2tbsp pb2. Mix all ingredients with a whisk in a bowl and pour into ice cream maker. Run it for 20 minutes or so and bam, healthy chocolate peanut butter ice cream. I've done it with…

Here is one of ours: In the morning put all of this in the crockpot(slow cooker) on low Cubed raw chicken slightly frozen still as it is easier to cut (1lb) 1 jar (16oz) of your favorite salsa 2 cans of your favorite diced tomatoes (we like fire roasted garlic and some of the ro-tel verisons) 2 tsp of chili powder (we use…

I've been experimenting a lot lately with various things. Today I tried this one with some modifications. http://www.theslenderstudent.com/cinnamon-roll-protein-pancakes/ The mods were - 1) added more cinnamon; 2) i used the blender on the oats themselves first as this makes the blend work better (food processor would work…

Take 2.5 cups of fairlife skim milk and put it in a big mixing bowl. Add 3-4 scoops of Muscletech platinum creatine (this brand makes a difference because it blends so well). Add a scoop or a scoop and a half of isoflex chocolate whey protein isolate and mix it. Add one small packet of jello chocolate fudge instant sugar…

We've found some halo top flavors are really good and some are pretty poor. We agree the peanut butter cup is good. My wife likes mint chip. Cookies and cream was pretty bad. We will be trying birthday cake tomorrow night. How about this as a dessert - Take 2.5 cups of fairlife skim milk and put it in a big mixing bowl.…

Looks like a great place. If you get to Montreal, make sure you try Au Pied De Cachon but make reservations way in advance, way in advance or risk not being able to get in or be like us and get lucky and get a reservation at the bar at 11pm. Btw, there was no signage on the restaurant so you better know the address. The…
