Alternative to bench press due to labral tear?
All, I have a repaired labrum in my right shoulder and a torn one along with a a slight rotator cuff tear in my left shoulder. I can't bench press without signifcant pain in my left shoulder unless it is with weights that I could easily do 50 or more reps. I have been advised not to bench any futher until I have the left…
