While I was cutting coffee out I took an Advil sometimes Tylenol every day to keep the headaches from the withdraws away. After a week or two I started forgetting to take one and I felt fine. I’m now down to one coffee in the morning. Let us know what worked for you.

Google exercises for your glutes and hamstrings. Squats are amazing for those target areas. You can also do pelvic raises.

Saturday- Success Update. I'm new here so hopefully I'm doing this the right way. I've been race walking for 16 days straight doing 6kms a day. Yesterday I was able to jog part of it without being winded.

I've never had any issues prior to walking. I read a lot of the comments before I went out for a second walk and sure enough the shoe fits wide giving me about and inch to inch in a half on the sides where my big toe is. I can't offer you much advice on what to eat that will help because I'm still figuring things out for myself, but I did want to mention that it's great that you are asking instead of allowing this to get to overwhelming. Stay the course and together we will be able to achieve our goals :-)
