  • Well...I do need to fess up....I have only joined a few days ago but I was doing really well.....that is until Thursday when I took my two nieces on a train ride. I started breakfast really good....but just went downhill from there. Dinner was a veggie burger with no cheese....but the sweet potato fries really were over…

  • Wow what a great place to be not using up all your calories for a day. I wouldn't cut back everyday.....because your metabolism will slow down. Its not right for everyone but I find sticking to my calorie limit daily and throwing in a day or two of 100-200 more helps me to lose faster.
  • Ditto to what others have said total calories in and exercise will make the difference. Only reason for not eating before you go to sleep is for heartburn and you are too young for that.........hope your husband will bend his rule.
  • Wow, I just got finished listening to the news and so you know u r definitely not alone!! They suggested that you get enough protein....eat whole eggs instead of whites....exercise for 30 min 5 days a week...but be sure u do not exercise any longer....take conjugated linoleic acid everyday (sorry I didn't catch the dosage)…

It comes in daily and some stuff granted isn't that desirable...but I find most of it to be very good. I also buy a lot of healthy foods at Trader Joes and have found them to have good prices.
