My favorite dressing is Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame Lite. It's great because it's multi-purpose. I use it to sometimes marinade my chicken and grill it on the bbq. Weight is relative to the amount of muscle. My 200 pound self a year ago was a lot bigger than my current 195 pound self today because I work out heavily and weight train. 1 pound of muscle is nearly 3 times smaller than 1 pound of fat. No. Big boned theory is a crock of shiet. Your bone density or thickness would have minimal impact on how large the surrounding tissue is. You don't have twice or even triple the size bones as a "normal' skeletal system does. So stop thinking that way.

Right, my maintenance is at 2400 calories. My friend who's nearly identical in height/weight has a maintenance of 1800.

I think its a dumb idea to consume what you've just burned. Just because you burn 300 calories (or whatever the amount) doesn't mean you should go out and eat an additional 300 to meet your daily goal. That's just plain stupid. Say you are at a 1200 daily goal, eat 1200 calories, burn 300.. You're now at 900 calories for…

NesQuick powder. It's dry, tastes awesome, and it's not entirely bad for you. Fairly low cal for a small serving. I used to use Strawberry NesQuick with my Vanilla Protein Powder. Edit: And your coworkers won't steal it from the fridge if you keep it at your desk! :D
