Not sure why there even had to be a study on this, it's common sense. If you're more strict about what you eat, constantly, you're obviously going to maintain your goals. If you have occasional cheat meals, then of course, you're not going to be more well off than the person who is always maintains a strict diet. Derp.

It's either your body fat percentage or excess skin if you're already at a low percentage. Lifting won't exactly help.. maybe lower your bf%, but it takes a caloric deficit to do that.

There are a lot of 'Do it at home' workouts that require very limited equipment. I'm doing 'Freeletics' which only requires a pullup bar and somewhere to run. There is no way to target specific locations on the body for fat loss. It's an all or nothing deal. You can't just lose fat on your face and not everywhere else at the same time.
