It's OK. You just hit a plateau. Our bodies adjust to what we do. What makes us successful initially may need to change. Try a new activity that will challenge you in different ways. Keep the faith!

Walking is an easy one to assess. Try to track how far you walk in 30 minutes and convert it miles per hour. Two miles per hour is a good start and really not too fast. You may want to use Hatha Yoga. They are not the same, but pretty similar. I would consider Pilates cardio based on many of the exercises.
