There is no magic pill sorry. Just eat healthy and get that exercise in. You can do it.

I have my shakeology occasionally for dinner and have never had an issue with it. I don't do it often though.

You need protein whether it is getting there with enough foods or with the help of a protein shake. There is nothing wrong with adding protein to a drink to boost your levels. Personally I have used the Aria Whey Protein before and drink Shakeology Protein drink. What are your ratios at for fat/protein/carbs and how far…

On my own with support from family and friends. I changed my nutrition and worked out at home and/or the gym. The biggest part for me was changing my nutrition and not being an emotional eater.

I have 3 kids (5, 3, and 2). Feel free to add me! During the week I workout when the oldest is in Kindergarten and the other 2 are napping/quiet time or take them to the gym and use the kidzone. Or I have made them play and I workout doing one of my 30 min workouts. On weekend they either all go to gym with me and into the…

As a mom of 3 I can understand. My first 2 pregnancies I couldn't workout - the last I could. If you're not any restrictions you can continue doing what you had been doing post pregnancy. You may need to modify some moves (like ones having you lay on your back ). But any exercise is going to be good. Walk on the treadmill.…

The one you will stick with and give it your 110%. It will depend on what you are able to do/limitations, etc. If you have bad knees and can't spin quickly and exert much energy then doing something else more intensely may burn more calories.
-
If it's important to you- you can make it happen. 30 Minutes can give you enough time to get in a great workout. Believe in yourself. Know your worth it and do it!

Couch to 5K program! I personally liked this free one: http://runningintoshape.com. When I started. I've go in to 1/2+ marathons but this is a great starting point.

It could be any factor of things from improper positioning, achy from not being used as much to possibly pulling something. Is say if it's more achy and not painful - focus on among sure your doing exercises right and stretching.

Modify when needed, pause if needed. Depending on you're fitness level if you can't keep up or do it all at first that's ok. It's fun but definitely not the easiest workouts. But stay positive and motivated. Don't wear running shoes but court/cross trainers as the lateral movements will kill you otherwise.

Personally I can't run a heavy stomach so I just drink water with my energy & endurance added and go.
-
I do it because of how I feel after working out, because I am committed and will Find a way to make time. If you're short on time do 30min but make those 30 min count.

I don't even want to think more snow. I'm ready for more outdoor runs/workouts

Photos and my kiddos. I knew I was heavy but never really looked at photos of myself as I hated having them taken. Once I did I was disgusted and shocked. I didn't realize "i was that heavy". My kids are all little and I knew I needed to set a better example and get my health back in control

sounds good. There were a few in the ultimate reset I did that I really liked also

This is my experience: I had the same thing and stretched, rested and iced and even tried heat and sports masssage. I finally went to the doctor and ended up having hip dysplasia, labrum tear and bone chips. I am not saying this is what you have but if the pain continues I would have it looked at for sure. I was certain I…

Dry and liquid won't measure the same. So with dry out it in measuring cup and go with that. You can usually find a weight caloric count either on here or by googling and going to a valid site.

You're going get 100 different answers to this question. It depends on 1. What you're wanting out of a protein shake 2. Are you wanting a shake as meal/snack or to add protein? 3. No matter which at you go look at all the ingredients and make sure they are healthy and not full Of hidden crap for you.

Everyone is so different as is every pregnancy. My first to I had hyperemesis and no energy the whole pregnancies. My third I was running 5K's the entire pregancy and ran 3 miles on treadmill 2 days before I delivered. I had an issue with pre-natalsand could not take them. I had to take kids gummies my first 2 and the…
