LOL! I'm not English, but live in London... I would like to thank Will & Kate for the day off. Two 4 day weekends in a row. Should happen more often! (But I avoided central London like the plague today, and saw enough of the wedding to see her dress, that's it.... )

Thanks for the inspiration :-)

Amazing! Well done :-)

30 days straight! You can do it! I'm half way through, and whenever I miss a day for whatever reason, I just do 2 sessions another day to make up for it! It's only 20 minutes, after all ;-)

Day 10 yesterday, and I started Level 2. Not as sore this morning as I was expecting..... (I guess I should wait til tonight before I say that?!!) Glad everyone is keeping it up! This weekend will be a test for me.... Away for easter and all. Wish me (and everyone) luck!

Day 4. I'm all alone  AM - 30DS, Level 2 PM - C25K, plus 30 min walk
-
I just started this week! I'll probably need the motivation too! Add me if you're still looking for friends!
-
It does get easier! I'm quite overweight, and not that fit, but i've just completed day 10! (I did miss 1 day due to sickness, but I did 2 sessions in a row the next day to make up for it!!) Just stick at it! The sessions start to go a lot faster once your muscles aren't aching! Just think to yourself "it's only 20…

Day 9 complete. YAY! Still can't do all the advanced moves, but think i'm gonna give level 2 a go anyway....
