I had 3 c/s and my tummy tuck was much better as far as pain goes. I had horrible muscle spasms though from sleeping upright for so many days and I actually had 2 massages about 4 weeks out that helped a lot.

I want to be clear I didn't do this for weight loss. I was expecting maybe a few pounds of skin so this was a shock to me. I'm in Michigan.

Holy crap those drains coming out were the WORST part of the whole thing. I'm still really swollen too and now down 15 pounds. It really is life changing emotionally and physically.

I just wanted to add that I am one week post-op today and I am feeling great. My only complaint is the drains and they come out tomorrow. I love yoga! Started in January with almost no flexibility or balance and now I can see such a difference!! Not only is it great for relieving stress but a good calorie burner when you do power yoga!

Starting weight was 282. Current weight is 236. Goal weight is 180.

I was just on a plateau for the last 3 weeks. I had lost 1.5 lbs the week after I was on vacation and then gained 3 back. Stayed at that wait for 3 LONG weeks no matter how much exercise and staying under my calorie goal I did. You can do it.
